of this voice model and associated documentation files (the "KLM"), to use
the Model for personal, educational, and research purposes, subject to the
following conditions:

1. Redistributions of the Model must retain the above copyright notice, this
   list of conditions, and the following disclaimers.

2. The Model, or any derivative works based on the Model, may be used for 
   commercial purposes on personal platforms such as YouTube or Booth, provided
   that the commercial use does not involve direct resale of the Model (the "KLM") itself.

3. Any publications or presentations that result from the use of the Model
   must acknowledge the original author, SeungHyun Han (or Seoul Streaming Station), and the source of the Model.
