1. S2_API_KEY : for semantic scholar only
2. ollama should be installed in your machine (with mistral-nemo)

create the conda env using : conda env create -f environment.yaml

PROBLEMS:
at present it doesn't generates the PDF, just use the aider-chat.txt file for review
which is present in results/{YOUR_CHOOSEN_baseline_MODEL}
