Sarashina Prohibited Activities Policy Released Date by SB Intuitions Corp.: November 8, 2024 SB Intuitions Corp. ("SB Intuitions") takes the safety of its generative AI seriously. The License granted under Sarashina Model NonCommercial License Agreement (the "Agreement") is subject to this Sarashina Prohibited Activities Policy ("this Policy"), as stated in Article 6 of the Agreement. This Policy may be updated, modified or revoked at any time by SB Intuitions, to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, for security or safety reasons, to adapt to new technologies, or for any other reason, without notice to you. When this Policy is updated, the updated version of this Policy will be posted on the same page as the previous version of the Policy is posted. By using the page after a new version of the Policy has been posted, you agree to the terms of such new version. 1. Prohibited Activities In using, copying, modifying, distributing, performing or displaying the Model or Derivative Models or Output Data, Licensee shall not: i. use the Model, Derivative Models or their Output Data to improve any other machine learning models (excluding Sarashina Series), unless Licensee gets permission from SB Intuitions to do so; ii. violate any applicable national local or international law or regulation; iii. harm or attempt to exploit or harm individuals or groups in any way; iv. defame, disparage or otherwise harass individuals or groups; v. using Output Data with the intent to disseminate false information, Output Data while concealing that is generated by the Model or Derivatives Models, or Output Data with the intent to harm individuals or groups; vi. entrust all decision-making processes, such as hiring, personnel evaluation, legal treatment decisions, and other decisions that may cause harm to individuals, to the Model, Derivative Models, or Output Data; vii. exploit any of the characteristics of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental conditions, in order to materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm; viii. use with the intent to discriminate or promote discrimination against individuals or groups; ix. use of the Output Data for legally required work such as medical, legal or accounting; x. generate or disseminate information for the purpose to be used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud/crime commitment (e.g. by text profiling, drawing causal relationships between assertions made in documents, indiscriminate and arbitrarily-targeted use).
