Hello,
Is difference in licensing of speakleash/Bielik-7B-Instruct-v0.1 (cc-by-nc-4.0) and speakleash/Bielik-7B-v0.1 (apache-2.0) on purpose or is it mistake?

No, it is intentional. The Instruct version was trained on the OpenHermes dataset, some components of which do not have a commercial license. Therefore, for safety, we also published this model under such a license.
