Could not submit model to leaderboard, but 01-ai/Yi-Coder-9B-Chat works

what could the difference between the model be to cause this?
the tokenizer files are different (tokenizer.json is not in the working chat version) , the EOS token settings are different, but is this the main cause, or is it something different?
Have not seen the error message for other models (uncommon), I don't know exact cause,
the error message is Could not get your model information. Please fill it up properly.
