Hey, on the model card page in the description section there is a checkbox you need to check. Then you will have access to the restricted tab.
Also on the model card tab there are 'sapces using stable diffusion 1.4' section that seems to host the model and used online, haven't tried though.

Worked for me and is easy to setup, kudos to the creator.
