Hi hlky, how are you making out with this app? Still very interested. I wish I could help.
There more options for searching and display the better. Size, style, tag. I noticed many of the tags and descriptions are not in english, I wonder if there's a way to balk translate the set. Better would be some image recognition so if searching for "garden" it would recognize those images and select them. but thats another project I'm sure.
Typically when I'm scraping the web manually for images I can bulk extract a pages image and display them in a tab, then click on the ones I want to download. So if all images from this search display a tag with "city, the user could cherry pick the results for the actual ones they want to download or copy.
After a selection is made, then a Copy > Directory would be the best action.
I hope that's helpful, and not too much.
Wow, you would do that? Amazing. I have the speed and space to download the entire set if thats allowed. I train architectural SDXL Lora Models with thousands of 1K+ photos and I'm always looking for watermark free images, like aerial views of cities, modern houses, interior photography, that sort of thing. Flickr has perfect imagery for this purpose.
I've never had to explore images with code like this before. I'm just a regular windows 10 user. Is there a GUI interface that can explore the set / selected and download. Like a google drive or something familiar. I tried installing DBeaver Community. even that is too complicated. If its just out of my reach thats OK too.
Is it possible to use this dataset offline and download in bulk? Or portions of it? It would be so useful to have as a resource for all sorts of projects. Appreciate the upload either way. Thanks.
