Difference between Llama-2-chat-hf and Llama-2-hf

Thank you for the great work. Just want to ask is there any difference between Llama-2-chat-hf and Llama-2-hf ?
It seems these two models have nearly the same docs?
One is trained as a chat model one is a base foundational model
