Why is there no model.safetensors.index.json file?

Hello! I came across this model when I was experimenting with some of the other Qwen2 models, and I noticed that the repo doesn't have a model.safetensors.index.json file. Was this intended?
Because there's only one model.safetensors file - there's no need for an index showing where each module is located. At least that's how Transformers handles it - I believe.
