More censored than the normal model

I have tried several system prompts that generally work flawlessly on other doplhin/uncensored models, but this model just doesn't want to obey. i can get even the official llama 3.1 8B to slip up but this one is super strict. I dont know what im doing wrong
this model, dolphin llama 8b (no system prompt)
doplhin mistral (no system prompt)
official llama 8b (with system prompt)
