SLK model missing from TTS

While the paper mentions TTS is available for Slovak, there is no model available. Can it be fixed?
Perhaps one of those models can work:
rmc-script_latin
rmc-script_cyrillic
rmy-script_latin
rmy-script_cyrillic
I use rmc-script_latin for Bosnian & Croatian. See Languages 854-858
