What are the permissions to use the model?

Hi! I couldn't find info or a license/permissions on how this model is available to be used. Could you clarify the license for me? FinBERT seems to be CC BY 4.0, is this also? (https://github.com/TurkuNLP/FinBERT/blob/master/LICENSE.txt) Thanks!
