Is it possible to use "go-realtime-gui" for realtime voice changing on MacOS with intel processor?

Just as the title suggests, I'm wondering if it is possible to get the "go-realtime-gui" running on my intel macbook pro without installing programs like wine or crossover due to performance concerns, and installing windows with bootcamp is not an option. The reason why im trying to get it work is because w-okada is only supported on the apple silicon mac models, and there doesn't seem to be a better option than the one thats offered by VoiceConversionWebUI.
