Please follow this document to run a tool calling service with meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct and meta-llama/Meta-Llama-3.1-70B-Instruct powered by modelscope-agent
I can't agree that that doc is "best practice". Developers have better to ref to Meta's doc, even though there are some bugs.
