Model not working now

Not sure what happened but the SD1.5 model was working perfectly for weeks then suddenly, I am unable to generate a diffusion illusion image. Any insight is helpful!
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the SD UI, controlnet extension, the models (both 1.5 and v2) but nothing has helped.
