unable to download naver/splade-v3

Hello,
When i try to use this model via the transformers class, it says I do not have the rights to the naver/splade-v3 repo.
Thanks for suggesting a fix.

I had the same issue but had to upgrade transformers to v.4.26.1 to fix it!

splade-v3 is a Gated model, so you need to request access to it (see: https://huggingface.co/docs/hub/models-gated)
