Well, I'm here 'cause I wanted to turn a pic of me into a "Into the Spider-Verse" style for a profile pic. I have no ideia what I should do though. I mean, which software may I install? How to use your creation? Any chance you'd gimme a step-by-step guide?

What do you mean by swap it in? Replace the models folder with this one?
just to put the ckpt inside the model folder usually, but you will have better help asking the github of the tool you use than a random model on HF ;)
